Ayman Kassem – Managing Director

Ayman Kassem is a highly qualified aircraft and mechanical engineer and gained his Masters in Aerodynamics at the age of 24 and his degree in Business Administration the following year. By the time he was 27, Ayman was the youngest ever Major in the air force.

In 1991 Ayman set up his own businesses and developed financial and management expertise in international markets, in particular in export and import, gold mining, agriculture, hospital services, textiles and tourism. He has worked in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Africa (Uganda), France, Switzerland, Romania, the United States and the UK over a 20 year period.

Whilst in the USA, Ayman researched in detail low carbon transport technologies and came to the conclusion that on-board Hydrogen generation and injection could very quickly become an environmental benefit for transport fleets desperate for cost effective solutions to reduce emissions and fuel costs. Returning to the UK, he was determined to apply what he had learned in the USA and set up Hybrid Motor Conversion as the front runner in this market.
