This part of the system interfaces the hydrogen production and injection processes with your vehicle’s engine control unit (ECU). This allows the system to adjust the amount of hydrogen being produced and injected into your conventional fuel stream to suit your driving needs and conditions. The HMC electronics are specified to interface seamlessly with most vehicle ECUs.

The system electronics include a range of safety measures designed to prevent the production of hydrogen if the internal diagnostics detect any abnormal conditions.

The main electronic control unit (about the size of two matchboxes) can be fitted: to the dashboard, in the glove compartment or elsewhere according to the customers preference. If in sight, the unit’s operating status can be seen from clearly visible LEDs.
